This box is turned from Black Locust crotchwood, a timber that is unfortunately an invasive species to Michigan. However, the grain is lovely, it fluoresces, and the timber shouldn’t go to waste! This box was turned on multiple axes, carved, painted and then finished with Danish Oil.

The box measures 4” wide and 5” tall.
